Membership

One membership. Then the days you choose.

Register your dog once, meet the team, then book the days you want. Membership opens daycare, boarding, park sessions and community days.

Grooming, training and clinic visits are booked directly.

How it works

Four steps to their first day.

Three visits happen once. After that, you only book.

Add their name and walk the path with them. It fills the steps below and the tour request.

Tell the team the Campus, your dog and the care you have in mind.

The team replies to arrange your visit.

  2. A trainer in the Coro polo shaking paws with a golden retriever puppy

    15 to 20 minutes

    Meet the team

A tour of the spaces and a short meeting with you and your dog.

Bring Vaccination records, or share them in the secure step.

The team chooses the group and setting that suit your dog.

  3. Dogs playing together in the bright WOOF indoor hall

    3 to 4 hours

    Induction day

Your dog spends time with a group, with the team close by.

Dogs who pass become members. Dogs who need more time are offered park socialisation sessions first.

This step is part of: RegistrationAssessment

  4. A pack of dogs running together down the Flagship outdoor park

    Every time

    Book their days

Good to know

The details.

Who it covers

Animals

Dogs, registered one at a time; registration is per dog. Cat boarding at the Flagship is requested directly, and the Flagship team confirms the stay. For another animal, describe them in the planner.

Your household

Who in your household can hand over, collect and join park sessions with your dog is agreed at registration. Whether guests can join you in the park is set by the Campus for each visit.

Locations

Membership is Campus-only, held in the Campus booking system. Which Campus locations one membership covers is confirmed by the team. Daycare packages are held at the branch where they are bought.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms for membership and for each booking come with the reply to your request. Keep them with your booking.

Questions

Is registration the same as membership?

Registration is the one-time step that creates your dog's account and includes the assessment and an induction day. Membership is the status your dog holds afterwards, which opens daycare, boarding, park sessions and community days.

How it works

Does membership include daycare days or boarding nights?

No. Membership is required access, not included care. Every day, stay or session is requested separately.

Are there member tiers or discounts?

Member tiers exist in the booking system. Which apply, and what they offer, is confirmed when you register; no tier, discount or subscription is published on this page.

I had a package with My Second Home, Little Gems or Petzania. Does it carry over?

Tell the team which brand and which package; how it carries over is confirmed by them.

What happens after I ask for a tour?

The planner prepares a message you send by email, or copy the message. It is a request, not a confirmation. The team replies to arrange the tour and the meeting; nothing is registered or reserved until they confirm it.
