What we keep, and why.

What you share

• About you: your name, a phone number or email address, and the area you live in if a service comes to you.
• About your animal: species, size and age group, the care you are asking about, dates, and the notes you choose to add about routines, health or behaviour.
• Records: vaccination records, VacciCheck results and medical notes are never uploaded through this website. The branch team asks for them through a secure channel before a first visit.

How a request travels

The planner on this site prepares a request and hands it to you to send by email or WhatsApp, or to copy. The website itself does not store the request. Once it reaches a Coro branch, the team keeps it in the branch booking system so they can reply, plan an assessment and look after your animal properly.

What we use it for

• Replying to your request and confirming suitability and availability.
• Preparing a first visit or assessment and caring for your animal during a day, a stay or an appointment.
• Keeping your animal’s care notes together across the Coro places you use, with your consent.
• Telling you about changes at your branch, and about member days if you are a member. You can ask to stop these at any time.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use the notes you share about your animal for advertising.

Who sees it

The branch team you contact, the Coro Group companies that run that branch, and the suppliers who host the booking system and the messaging tools we use. Veterinary records shared with Canadian Vet Clinic stay with the clinic and are shared with a Coro care team only with your consent.

This website

• No advertising cookies. The site remembers only small conveniences in your own browser, such as a selection you made on a page.
• Films and images load from Coro’s own hosting. Links to Canadian Vet Clinic and Yoppy open their websites, which have their own notices.
• Where we measure how the site is used, we count pages and actions, never the notes you write about your animal.

Your choices

Ask your branch team to show you what they hold, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. Ask to stop messages at any time. Write to the branch you use or to hello@corouae.com.

Where this applies

Coro Group companies operate in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and follow the UAE’s personal data protection rules. If a rule changes, this notice is updated and dated.
